Although ACS Design & Leisure primarily supply martial arts and self defence coaching, we also hope to offer a range of sports coaching across a wide range of sporting activities particularly suitable for young children. In addition, many of the coaching techniques used by specific sports work equally well when used or adapted for other sports. This melding and adapting of sports coaching ideas and practices enhances the overall coaching experience and adds variety and fun to what are sometimes deemed repetitive boring drills.
1st4sport level 1 Football coaching
Awarded in partnership with 1st4sport, this qualification is the first step towards becoming a recognised football coach. The level 1 qualification also includes:
- FA emergency or equivalent first aid certificate
- FA workshop for child protection best practice
