reiki and crystal healing

Reiki, created by Mikao Usui, a Japanese Tendai Buddhist is a holistic therapy which works by stimulating the bodies natural healing processes.

In most Reiki systems there is no physical contact between practitioner and patient and treatment sessions can last anywhere between 45-60 minutes.

Recipients often describe feelings of warmth on the area being treated with the intensity of feeling varying between individuals. In the majority of cases, Crystal Moods clients often experience a state of calm and heightened relaxation.

Several treatments may be required with session intervals typically 1 to 4 weeks. Although recognised as an alternative therapy, some NHS practitioners and dental surgeries often refer patients to reiki therapists. Crystal Moods also offer crystal healing therapies.
